L & S Contracting Ltd were a key team member in the
successful completion of the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield. L & S
Contracting Ltd won the opportunity to negotiate the work based on a
competitive first stage tender and their performance with Interserve on
previous projects. The £20 million national indoor sports facility will provide
Sheffield with the grounding to excel in sporting excellence. L & S
completed 1200 m2 of external timber cladding and 500 m2 of internal wall
linings, with an order value approaching £750,000.00. The programme was
challenging and the detailing demanded a high quality approach to the
installation.
